Inviting Comments on the 2024 Annual Plan
The U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations 24 CFR 905.300 require the Oshkosh and Winnebago County Housing Authorities to create Annual Plans. The completed plan is intended to advise HUD, members of the public and residents of their mission to serve the affordable housing needs of low-income households and strategies for addressing those needs.
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that The Housing Authority of the City of Oshkosh and the Housing Authority of the County of Winnebago will hold a Public Hearing comment period on the Fiscal year 2024 Annual Plan/Capital Budget and changes under 24 CFR 905 to the definition of Significant Amendment on December 18, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. This meeting will be held in the Lounge located at 600 Merritt Ave. Oshkosh, WI
The Plan is available for review at the Oshkosh Housing Authority located at 600 Merritt Ave. Oshkosh, WI, if anyone has questions/comments or is requiring special accommodation wishes to attend, please contact the Authorities at (920) 424-1450.
