About Us

The Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority is committed to providing affordable housing assistance and supportive resident services to low- and moderate-income individuals and families throughout Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

Since its establishment in 1970, the Housing Authority has grown to manage more than 650 public housing units serving families, individuals, seniors, and persons with disabilities. In addition, it administers over 400 Housing Choice Vouchers and operates a Family Self-Sufficiency Program designed to help participants achieve long-term economic independence.

The Oshkosh Housing Authority and the Winnebago County Housing Authority are equal opportunity housing providers and employers. Each agency is independently governed by its own Board of Commissioners.
