Dear FSS participants (and community members),

 FSS Graduation:  Please join me in congratulating Justine and her family on her FSS graduation!  Justine is working full-time as a machine operator.   She joined the FSS program as of 12/1/2022.  While on the program, Justine increased her credit score to 708, ran her credit report, met with Habitat, and maintained employment.   Justine speaks Kinyarwanda and is working with Winnebago Area Literacy Council to learn English.  Even though she is income eligible for public housing, she has saved $35,000 for a down payment of a home.  She is moving into her 4-bedroom Neenah home on 4/1/24.  Justine graduates with $5,952 in her FSS escrow.  Congratulations on achieving the American Dream!
