The Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority (HA) frequently shares information on scholarship opportunities for residents living in our housing assistance programs. These scholarships are offered by partner organizations, such as the Wisconsin Association of Housing Authorities, PHADA, and others, and made available our residents.

The HA will often send notification of these opportunities through our resident newsletters. Opportunities will also be posted on this page. High school seniors and guidance counselors, as well as current college students and financial aid specialists should check this page frequently.
