Dear FSS participants (and community members),
Please wish a Happy June Birthday to: Amanda, Jesse, and Jennifer! I hope your birthdays are fabulous and you are finding a little time to take a step towards your goals.
Anyat graduates with $ 11,107.31 in her FSS escrow! She joined the FSS program as of 5/1/2018. While on the program, Anyat increased her credit score to 711, ran her credit report, tracked her spending, maintained a budget for 3 months, met with a financial advisor, maintained fulltime employment, saved money for her kid’s education, met with a Winnebago County Literacy council tutor, improved her English literacy, bought a car thru the ADVOCAP Work and Wheels program, attended Rent Smart, and is now attending the FVTC HSED program. Anyat plans to use the FSS money to buy a newer car and save for a home. Congrats to Anyat! Good luck on finding the home of your dreams!
