2023 Rent Smart workshops are now available.  By completing this workshop, you will gain one year of positive rental history.  Plus, many people have told me they had fun and learned a lot.  Please see page 3 for more information.

 Oshkosh Back To School Fair is on August 16th and 17th.  If you are interested in getting school supplies for your kids and you are receiving housing assistance from us, please let me know.  There are a limited number of openings in the BTSF. Signing up AS SOON AS POSSIBLE will provide families with the best opportunity to receive assistance.  Deadline is July 14, 2023, or until filled.
