Court Tower is a 14-story high rise building located at 100 Court St in Oshkosh consisting of 156 1-bedroom apartments. The first floor contains the project management office, lobby, community room, craft room, and laundry room. The building is serviced by two elevators.

Mainview Apartments is a 10-story building located downtown Oshkosh at 530 North Main St consisting of 103 1-bedroom apartments and 7 efficiency apartments. A community kitchen and a lounge area are located on the second floor of the building. Laundry facilities are available. Two elevators serve all floors.

All units in both buildings (except for efficiency apts) have a full kitchen, living room, full bath, and bedroom. City busses stop at both buildings. Water, sewer, heat and electric are all included. Security deposit is $100 for each tenant.

Foxview and Riverside apartments offer the elderly and persons with a disability affordable housing options in Omro and Winneconne. 60 one bedroom apartments are available in two 3 story apartments buildings located at 330 West Main Street in Omro and 101 North Second Street in Winneconne. Each complex has a project office, community room, laundry room, community kitchen and a lounge area. An elevator serves all floors.

Apartments consist of a kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, living room with a dining area, full bath with tub and shower head and one bedroom large enough for two single beds or a double bed. The floor covering is vinyl tile.
