The Housing Authority has re-opened our main office located at 600 Merritt Avenue, Oshkosh as of 6/23/2021.
In accordance with recommendations from the Winnebago County Health Department, individuals who have been vaccinated are not required to wear a mask in the building. Individuals not vaccinated are required to wear a mask while in all common areas of the building.
The main office is located on the west wing 2nd floor, and is accessible by stairs and elevator. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8am to noon.
Parking is available on the west side of Monroe Street and the north side of Merritt Avenue.
Residents and applicants will still be able to utilize the 24 hour drop box, located at the southwest building entrance.
