Happy Summer! Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority offices are still closed to the public. We are still here though and ready whenever you are. If you need to submit documentation of a job starting or ending, please submit: by email to kayh@ohawcha.org, fax (920-424-1474) or drop into our drop box at : 600 Merritt Avenue, Oshkosh or 265 Kaukauna St, Menasha. Gradation: Yay! We have an FSS graduation even in this crazy COVID times. Chaniel has found full time employment and more than part time employment while on the FSS program. She ran her credit report, tracked her spending, made a budget, explored owning her own business, and maintained full time and part time employment. She has worked hard to better herself and her family while on the FSS program. Chaniel is graduating with $ 3,641.29 from her escrow. Congrats!
Oshkosh Back To School Fair is on August 13th. Important Update!! We will not be having a drive thru Back to School Fair. If you signed up, watch for your letter to come in the mail the first week in August.
Farmers to Families Food Box is on August 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31. See page 12 for more information. Menasha dates included too!
More Food: John Hobbins is coordinating knock n go delivery of food boxes (fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen meat and vegetables, dry goods) to addresses of people in need in Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, Winneconne, and Appleton through the end of August. Every Tuesday and Thursday between 11 am and noon. Some families ask for it once a week. If you would like a food box delivered , please contact John Hobbins at john.hobbins@oshkosh.k12.wi.us.
