The Oshkosh Housing Authority is announcing that it will be closing the following wait lists and not taking additional applications after 8:00 A.M. on August 1, 2019:
Raulf Place Apartments
Waite Rug Apartments – Public Housing
Waite Rug Apartments – Project based Vouchers
Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
These wait lists are closing because the average wait is more than 1 year. As soon as the average wait for an applicant, on these wait lists, returns to an acceptable time, we will announce in publication along with the rules for applying; the order in which applications will be processed; when and where to apply, and; will conform as described in the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan.
